ADVERTISING DEADLINES

Reservations for any ad placement must be confirmed 2 days prior to publication date. Ad materials must be approved and submitted 1-2 days prior to publication date.

CANCELLATIONS

Ad / Site Listing cancellations are allowed only up to 12 noon, 2 days prior to the date of publication. Cancellations made after the deadline will be charged 50% of the published rate or the amount of the signed contract or advertising orders whichever is applicable.

Advertiser shall be responsible for any production or creative services rendered by STF, regardless of cancellation of ad or site listing.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be made if cancellation deadlines are met. No refunds will be made once and ad is already published.

We reserve the right to decline any future publishing of the ads if people complain to us (no refunds given). We will remove any ads that direct to any site that is proven to be a scam.

ADVERTISING TERMS AND POLICIES

• Forwarding of an order is construed as an acceptance of all rates and conditions under which advertising space is sold at the time by STF and such order, when accepted by STF, shall constitute a contract.
• We are not responsible for any of your sites downtime. You rent a banner for a period of time, and if your site is offline during that time, you take the responsibility. We will not extend your advertising due to these circumstances.
• You are NOT allowed to place ads to fraudulent sites, investment scams, or Ponzi Schemes.

ADVERTISER AND AD AGENCY LIABILITY

STF reserves the right to hold advertiser and its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to STF. Advertiser and its advertising agency shall indemnify STF from all damages, costs and expenses, of any nature whatsoever, including attorneys, fees, for which STF may become liable by reason of its publication of advertiser's advertising or provision of production services to advertiser.

TAXES ON ADVERTISING

All international, federal, state or local taxes imposed on the printing of advertising materials or on the sale of advertising space shall be assumed and paid by the advertiser.
